Take a break from the demands of daily life and join us for a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga class designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. This welcoming session will focus on simple poses, mindful breathing, and stretching techniques that help calm the mind and ease tension in the body. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
Whether you're looking to unwind after a busy week, learn relaxation techniques, or simply enjoy some time dedicated to self-care, this class is the perfect opportunity to recharge in a supportive environment.
