Submit this application, a $5 entry fee donated to the Westmont Historical Society and your scarecrow to the Westmont Centre building (1 South Cass Ave.) by Friday, September 25, 2026. Your own materials can be used to make the scarecrow or a materials package can be purchased for $15 (includes entry fee) from the Westmont Historical Society, located at 55 E. Richmond Street.
Scarecrows will be displayed from October 1 - November 1, 2026
