Laps with the Chaps-5K Run/Walk
College of DuPage is continuing a new tradition! We invite you and your family to participate in the Laps with the Chaps 5K Run/Walk. Prizes will be awarded for different age groups and overall male and female winners. All net proceeds will benefit College of DuPage scholarships. The 5K route will wind through COD’s scenic campus and finish inside the football stadium, where the awards ceremony will be held. Make sure to keep an eye out for all the new improvements on campus!
Did you know… College of DuPage is the largest single-campus community college outside the state of California with more than 25 percent of all District 502 high school graduates choosing to spend a portion of the college career with us. Each semester, we welcome more than 30,000 credit and non-credit students. In our most recent survey of COD graduates conducted in 2009, 97 percent reported that they were employed in Illinois, with 66 percent working in-district.
