Soak in summer by toning your body, focusing your mind and enjoying some local brews at our Brewery Yoga class! Join us Saturday, May 30th from 11am – 1pm for an all levels 60 minute vinyasa flow yoga class at Urban Legend Brewing Company. Class will be taught by a 200-hour certified yoga instructor from The Glowing Plate. After class, participants will head to the bar for a flight of 4 craft beers.
Check in begins at 10:45am, and class will begin promptly at 11am. Please bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle. Space is limited to 15 students – online registration is required.
Your $30 ticket includes the following:
• 1 hour all-levels vinyasa flow yoga class
• Professional yoga instruction from a 200-hour certified yoga teacher
• Exclusive access to the brewery before regular hours
• A flight of 4 craft beers
