Trick or Treat Trail
Hosted by the Westmont Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau within our Downtown Business Community, the Annual Westmont Trick or Treat Trail invites families to enjoy trick-or-treating in the safe environment of our downtown Business District.
This year we have the return of the "haunted" school busses and bouncing houses to burn off all that candy sugar! There will be an increase in businesses giving out candy along Cass Avenue. The pumpkin smashing event which will bring attention to the community-wide pumpkin recycling program and the return of Caskets on Cass, a foot race of homemade caskets sponsored by community organizations, businesses and area residents is sure to be another hit!
A special "Thank You" goes to the Village of Westmont, Westmont Special Events Corporation, Westmont Police and Fire Departments and EMA in making sure our guests have a fun and safe experience at the Westmont Trick-or-Treat Trail!
EVENT SCHEDULE
- Costume Judging Contest 10:30 AM at the corner of Cass and Irving streets near China Chef
- Shred It & Forget It Events by State Representative Mazzochi at Cass and Burlington Parking Lot form 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM
- Trick or Treat Trail, Downtown Westmont, 11AM - 1PM
- Pumpkin Smashing (by invitation only) 11AM - 12:30PM
- Caskets on Cass Races - to be held on Irving and Cass, Judging:12:00 PM, Races Start:12:30PM
