Downtown Westmont Business Alliance Committee Meeting
The Downtown Westmont Business Alliance Committee (DWBAC) is a committee of the Westmont Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau, which serves as a resource group to plan events that promote Downtown Westmont and serves as the voice of the Downtown Westmont Business Community.

Meets: 2nd Thursday of every month at 8:00 AM

1. Meeting Introductions - Name, Business and what is a good lead for your business.
2. Business signage presentation by Independent Outdoor Signs, Graphics and Design Company
3. Feedback received on our current sign code from our members
4. Westmont Economic Development Update on our B-1 Business District
5. Upcoming Events and Programs from the Business Community, Chamber of Commerce and Community Organizations, including:
- Knights of Columbus Fish Fry (carry-out) on Fridays at 5:00pm through Lent
- WSEC Irish Jig & Swig Pub Crawl on March 12th at 2:00pm
- Westmont Chamber Open House on March 16th at 4:30pm at Westmont Centre
- Creative Arts Network Art & Painting Class @ Neat on March 14th and April 18th at 6:30pm
- Westmont Chamber Dine Westmont Raffle through April 6th at westmontchamber.com
- Westmont Chamber Educational Foundation Scholarships deadline is March 25th, applications are at westmontchamber.com
- Village of Westmont has launched a bi-monthly Community magazine to replace Neighbors of Westmont, the March/April issue has been mailed.
- Westmont Chamber Multi-Chamber Economic Outlook and Expo is on April 19th at 10:00am for the expo and noon for the lunch and Presentation. 250+ guests are expected, RSVP required by April 12th at westmontchamber.com
- Westmont Community Awards Dinner is scheduled for April 28th at 5:30pm at the Hilton, details are being posted at westmontchamber.com
- Special Meeting with College of DuPage President Dr. Brian Caputo to address economic recovery in a post pandemic era on April 14th at TECO
- Westmont Historical Society will present The Framemakers with a Historical Plaque, as part of a new program being launched. The date and time will be announced shortly, we encourage your participation if available.

No fees to participate, open to Chamber Members and all business and property owners that are located within the B-1 Westmont Business District are invited to attend (Chicago/Naperville on North Cass Avenue to Dallas Street on South Cass Avenue, including Burlington and Quincy Streets).
