Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in understanding their treatment options and payment plans.
- Coordinate appointments and follow-up care.
- Work closely with the orthodontic team to provide personalized treatment experiences.
- Educate patients about the benefits of orthodontic treatment and encourage referrals.
