Join with your peers to participate in an information-packed Forum which will feature Westmont community leadership including Mayor Ron Gunter, school district, business community, Westmont Public Library along with economic and community development representatives.
The Westmont Residential Real Estate Forum is sponsored by the new Westmont Economic Development Partnership (WEDP). WEDP will work in partnership with you to support the growth and mutual success in Westmont. WEDP provides resources that support the marketing properties and work with builders, renovators, banks and realtors to encourage support investing in Westmont. The purpose of the Westmont Residential Real Estate Forum is to:
1. Develop an ongoing dialog with local developers, builders, renovators, bankers, real estate brokers and agents to support progressive community growth.
2. Develop a strong and proactive network of key stakeholders involved in all aspects of both residential and commercial real estate business in Westmont.
3. Maintain a strong real estate base that positions Westmont as a competitive and quality location to own property, lease property, to live and work.
4. Create awareness of the resources available through WEDP and identify new ways to support economic growth growth in Westmont.
