Planning meeting of the Westmont Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau Membership/Ambassador/Business Development & Growth Committee. All are welcome to attend. Key topics on the meeting agenda include:

- Community Guide 2024
Steve Vanisko. from Shaw Media presented their offer for the 2024 Community Guide. Larry F. investigated other companies but found that their offers were not competitive. Planning on a November delivery of 12,000 guides that will be mailed, glossy print, with a guarantee return of $3,000 or 15% of revenue. Diane Swain will be the sales rep. Even though the costs for printing have gone up the rates will be the same. This proposal was approved by the committee.
There was a suggestion to mail the community guide to other chambers to help promote Westmont. Another suggestion was to place the guides in local hotels.

- 24 Chambers participated
- Max Attendance = 270, Total Attendance = 266
- Westmont Chamber Goals:
- Income Goal = $1,000, Income Actual = $2,285
- Expense Goal= $875, Expense Actual = $1,632
- Net Income Goal = $125, Net Income Actual = $653
- In addition, Westmont Chamber made $749.54 as the organizer for the event. This was largely due in part that we did not have to pay a $400 bill for a screen/ projection package. Therefore, the total net income made for the event was $1,402.54
- Their were good reviews of the food
- One check-in table worked well.

- Bannerville - $67.50 per banner, no fee for design options
- Lithoprint - $65 per banner, (note art files need to be pdfs)
- Master Impressions Printing, Inc - $126.27 per banner – offer withdrew
- Design proposals were reviewed. Committee would like more colors in the Bannerville proposal. Regarding the Lithoprint proposal, the committee wanted more space to present the business message on the banner.
