Motion to approve the March 14\, 2023 meeting minutes was approved.\n\n \n\n Community Guide 2024\n\n Steve Vanisko. from Shaw Media presented their offer for the 2024 Community Guide. Larry F. investigated other companies but found that their offers were not competitive. Planning on a November delivery of 12\,000 guides that will be mailed\, glossy print\, with a guarantee return of $3\,000 or 15% of revenue. Diane Swain will be the sales rep. Even though the costs for printing have gone up the rates will be the same. This proposal was approved by the committee.\n\n \n\n There was a suggestion to mail the community guide to other chambers to help promote Westmont. This was largely due in part that we did not have to pay a $400 bill for a screen/ projection package.
