Sirloin of Beef with Demi-Glace Sauce
Seared Salmon with Creamy Lemon Garlic Sauce
Sides: Silky Whipped Potatoes and Chef's Choice Seasonal Vegetables
Vegetarian Entrée: Chef's Choice
Flourless Chocolate Cake
Coffees (2) Drink Tickets per guest
RSVP deadline is Sunday, January 14th. Event Tickets can be purchased online, over the phone with a credit card or in-person at the Westmont Chamber Office (One South Cass Ave., Suite 101)
with cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards.
