This 90-minute educational presentation will cover eligibility, enrollment and the benefits of Medicare Parts A & B and the standardized Medicare Supplemental Plans available in Illinois.

The lecture is at the Advocate Good Samaritan Health and Wellness Center, 3551 Highland Avenue, Downers Grove, Rooms A & B (2nd Level). The building is located in a separate complex north of the hospital. Please enter from the entrance on 39th street and proceed until the end of the lane. Ask for directions to the conference rooms at the Wellness Center Reception.
