Membership Goals & Plan
Membership Campaign – Conduct two major membership campaigns (February and September) and an ongoing incentive membership campaign throughout the year.

Membership Retention – We project 85% retention for 2024.
Business Development Services

Economic Outlook Luncheon – Multi-Chamber event that is hosted by the Westmont Chamber. Event usually provides four components, networking, Business Expo, lunch and a presentation on the economic outlook for the year. This year’s event will be re-invented to include a presentation and sponsorship opportunities.
Membership Huddles – Present a quarterly opportunity for members to network and receive information on Chamber activities, events and programs.
Ribbon Cuttings - The Chamber will promote ribbon cuttings for new businesses and for anniversary events as a means to enhance the value of membership. Does not generate revenue, but is provided as a membership benefit.

These events do not generate revenue but do support member engagement and retention. The events do require staff hours to plan and promote to our membership.
Member Huddle – The Chamber will offer a “New Member Huddle” each quarter for our newest members. The goal is to help new member “jumpstart” Chamber engagement, networking and overall understanding of all available resources as well as to offer new ideas.
