Healthy Kids Day - Saturday, April 25, 2015
On Saturday, April 25, from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon, the Indian Boundary YMCA is hosting Healthy Kids day a free community event to inspire more kids to keep their minds and bodies active.
Healthy Kids Day is the Y's national initiative to improve health and well being for kids and families. The event features family obstacle course, planting station, Adventist Health Doctors, Whole foods Mock Grocery Store, Oberweiss, demo classes and more to motivate and teach families how to develop a healthy routine at home.
