Free Health Fair
Cardinal Fitness of Darien-Westmont will hold a free health fair on Saturday, October 11th from 9 am - 3 pm. The event is open to all members of the community, and everyone is encouraged to attend to learn tips on healthy living and wellness. Participants can benefit from: Complimentary nerve scanning and spinal screenings from Laneville Family Chiropractic; Nutritional information courtesy of The Vitamin Shoppe; Product samples and skin care information provided by Mary Kay Cosmetics; Tips on chiropractic care and its impact on weight loss from HealthSource; Product samples and new product information from KaraVita.
