\nIntroductions were made and Shelly Lindsey\, Director of Community Relations from Cordia Senior Residence in Westmont gave a detailed presentation of the community as a breakfast host for the meeting.

\nThe December 2\, 2022 meeting minutes were approved by all attending members.
\n \;
\nNew Business Discussed:

\nDementia Friendly Westmont update Mary Ferguson:
\nBurgess Square Training at Burgess Square and an in-person support group is being formed by Karin Knudsen and \;Carmen \;at Westmont Library is forming a support group. \; A documentary on Dementia is being presented at the Library 1/18@1:00. Drew Lazaro is presenting Effective Communication

\n2023 SRC Scope of Work:
\n \;
\nSRC Hosted After Hour March 8\, 2023 5:00-6:30 at Downers Grove Township Community Center
\nThe date of the event was changed from March 15 to March 8 to accommodate the DGT Center schedule. All SRC members are asked to promote the event through their media sources. \; It was agreed that the members would supply appetizers. \; The following members volunteered to contribute to the event: Mike Hensley=appetizers\, Shelly=sweets\, Gaye=sparkling water. \; The flyer was updated by group discussion.

\nSenior Expo May 4th\, 2023 5-7:00 at Westmont Park District: Set-up Thursday\, 2:00-5:00\, panel discussion 5:45-6:30
\n
\nSenior Expo Mary 5th\, 2023 8:30-11 at Westmont Park District-Speakers\, only two members responded to speak at the expo one was Kim from Clutter Box who is not an &ldquo\;active&rdquo\; SRC member and Rick on CBD has not attended the committee for the required guidelines to be considered an active member.

\nOld Business: \; Larry Forssberg gave an update on Chamber business and events.
