The DG Township is not well attended. Karen asked for committee members to encourage people to participate. There is a time change now to 11-12pm. The support groups typically have 6-8 attendees. The library programs are going well. Awaiting on Photo's to be released. Mary stated they turned out beautiful\, showcasing area residents aging in place. Clarendon Hills location is going to try Bingo in April. \n\n\n\nB. 2024 Scope of Work Finalized\n\n\n SRG Senior Expo scheduled for Thursday\, 4/25/2024\, 5-6:30 and Friday\, 4/26/2024 8:30-11@the Westmont Park District. The Expo Committee is Julanne Rizzo\, Mark Davis\, Mary Ferguson\, and Alison Clemens. John Christiansen and Karen Spencer were added to the committee. Mark updated the flyer for the expo. Stated hat last year's event total attendees were approximately 125. Mentioned other organizations to be or get involved for increased attendance and exposure.\n SRG Business After Hour event is March 6\, 2024\, 5-6:30 will have a St. Patrick's theme\, committee co-chairs are Shelly Lindsay\, Karen Spencer\, Shelly Lindsay\, and Mark Davis. Karen\, Sarah & Catie met. Everything is very similar to last year's event. The township will provide tablecloths & a few smaller tables & chairs. Members agreed to provide a $25.00 raffle donation. Larry to provide baskets & highboy tables. Chairs of committee to do introductions & raffles. Committee members to decide on food & non-alcoholic beverages at February meeting. Asked that committee members and those attending provide nonperishable items for the FISH Pantry as it will also be on the invite flyer. Committee members are asked to please arrive by 4:15pm for an additional set up with their own personal items & ensure we as a committee are all set. The flyer is to be emailed out for distribution. Asked that the mayor give suggestions to new members about the SRG as well. John will provide bags for attendees. Suggested that only items in the bags are the SRG brochure then attendees can put what they want in the bags instead of duplicating items. Conversation was brought up regarding future purchase of SRG bags for events.\n Additional Discussions: Mini Expo at Mayslake.\n Dr. Nancy Condon asked for everyone to please review each other's FB page\, Google reviews\, etc. It was asked that everyone please try to do it before the next meeting. \n\n C.
