DESCRIPTION:Holly Days Parade and Frosty & Friends Open House\n\n	\n\n	Holly Days will start with the Rotary Club Holly Days 5K Race at 9am.  Registration will be at Westmont Centre.  11am will be coffee with the Mayor.\n\n	 \n\n	Come out and enjoy the merriment as Frosty the Snowman along with Santa and Mrs. Clause make their way down Cass Avenue to welcome the 2013 Holly Days to Westmont!  Frosty will teach a new dance called the Snowball Shuffle at The Center for Dance\, and you can get your picture taken and watch "The Grinch".  Uncle Bub's will provide cookie decorating\, and Santa's reindeer and elves will land at Westmont Centre lawn at 3:45 pm. \n\n	 \n\n	The parade will start  at 5:00 pm from Chicago Avenue to Richmond Street and will conclude with Santa's arrival.  Santa will be in Westmont Centre afterward for visits and treats.  There will also be local bands and a variety of community groups.
