DESCRIPTION:First planning meeting for Fine Arts Showcase\n\n\n\nWe will host Fine Arts Showcase in the Spring of 2016 with all of our Chamber members participating and the proceeds going to the Westmont Chamber of Commerce Educational Foundation for a scholarship for a local student who is planning to major in the Fine Arts.We would allow each business a certain amount of time (about 15 minutes) to showcase their students. We are discussing hosting this event at the Westmont High School Auditorium and would charge each business a small fee for participating ($75) and then we would sell admission tickets for $5-10 per ticket.The planning committee will meet about 4 times before the event for about 60-90 minutes each time.
